Procedure:

If your interested in what I have to offer, copy and paste the following, fill it out and email it to me at inspectornills@yahoo.com:

email:
what kind of pic?: (full body, headshot, chibi, etc)
what kind of style?: (2.0, Inked and Colored, etc)
description: (character description and any other info like pose, text, background, anything like that. Make sure its detailed. Provide a link to a reference pic if you can)

After I recieve the email, I will write back that I accept and I will work on a sketch and post it in my gallery. Once you approve of it, I will send a Paypal Request Money order to your email. As soon as the payment is confirmed, I will post the pic as soon as I can in my gallery. I will also email to you a 300 dpi version of the pic to do with as you will. If you have any questions about a pic you want me to do don't hesitate to ask.
