My Little Pony Matchup

Hahaha, I finally got this pic finished! I was originally gonna post it on Valentine's Day, but life happened, you know how it is X3

Anyway, this pic is my pairing of the 6 main ponies of the show with the Big Brother ponies I redrew in FiM style. Here are my reasons for the pairings:

4-Speed and Rainbow Dash
One obsessed with land speed while the other loves flying as fast as possible? Easy matchup =3

Slugger and Pinkie Pie
Ok, 4-Speed and Tex were pretty easy to match, but Slugger was a bit difficilt, so I think he would pair good with Pinkie Pie. Why? Probably bubblegum, because as a baseball player, Slugger chews a lot of bubblegum, something he shares in common with the sweets loving Pinkie Pie XD

Steamer and Twilight Sparkle
Steamer loves trains, and as such has a bottomless pit of knowledge on the subject, something I think the studious Twilight can appreciate =3

Salty and Fluttershy
Lets face it, Fluttershy is very delicate, afraid of her own shadow and what not, so what she needs is a big, manly pony like Salty, a pony of the sea who appreciates everything in and on it, even the animals. Nice hook there XD

Q.B. and Rarity
I was kind hard pressed to pair these two together, but then it dawned on me, football players are rich and famous! Its not hard to think about football players dating models or designers or people like that, so after thinking of that, their matchup didn't seem so bad anymore =3

Tex and Applejack
Man, you can't get any easier to matching anybody up than these two, in fact, I think I've seen older artwork of Tex and Applejack somewhere here on DA, G1 versions. Nuff' said XD
