So, here's King Sombra as a transformer! My idea was that he would look like a mix between animated Blitzwing and Sauron from the Lord of the Rings. His pony body splits down the middle, making his pony neck armor into big shoulder pauldrons, his cape turning into an over-one-shoulder type cape, head pulls down to make an interesting chest piece, and head with flowing mane and armored crown look from Sauron. Pony legs form into arms and legs ala Cheetor syndrome.
