I was just wondering what Delilah ([link]) would be like if she grew up to be 16 under the care of Inspector Joseph Nills.
She would probably end up being an assassin like Nills, using her Anima powers to use metal thread as her weapon of choice. She can now also use electricity, but is unable to release it from her skin, instead, she releases it from her mouth since the electricity she makes originates inside her, like an electric eel. She bites on her thead and runs it up to electrocute her victims. =3
