That works. She was in school at the same time as Rarity, so she's at most 3-4 years older than the Mane 6. I've always assumed the Mane 6 to be in the 21-24 range.

That would imply that the "Rave rage" wasn't 25 years ago like it was in our world, but 10 to 15 years ago.
